Mark A. Griffin – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Griffin is a finance and operations professional with over 30­ years of experience in financial management, reporting, operations, M&A, and project management.  Mark has a successful track record of driving businesses to successful exit events, implementing financial controls and reporting functions, leading and performing budgeting processes, leading new business and product development, integrating businesses combined as a product of transactions, and leading/performing/managing processes associated with M&A transactions.

Richard A. Peterson – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Peterson has over 40 years of experience in the oil, gas, mining and agriculture industries.  Richard has engaged in all aspects of a resource extraction company development including procuring and developing oil and gas properties.  He has personally driven and led both private and public oil, gas, and mining companies, having been involved with mergers, acquisitions, and buyouts of oil, gas and mining companies.
