About Us
Mineral Owners Development ("MOD") is a "white-knight" mineral lease coordinator with a focus on the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. MOD facilitates quickly-closed mineral leases for mineral owners that have received an Authorization for Expenditure ("AFE").
MOD's performance is based on a joint venture approach between our experienced resource development executives, AFE motivated mineral owners, and experienced / sophisticated / well capitalized operators and non-operators interested in taking subordinate joint interest positions in new production being developed by large market leading integrated operators.
MOD's approach better aligns mineral owners' interests with those of the resource development team and investors.
